"Shareholder 2005"
For 2005, shareholders of Starbucks Common Stock received this Card in their annual proxy package. The "Shareholder" card is not available to the general public otherwise.
This special edition card features young coffee cherries waiting to ripen in the warm Costa Rican sun. As a gift to Shareholders, the card was pre-loaded with $3.50.
Though this card didn't have a sleeve per-say, it did have a cardboard backing (shown below) where the Starbucks Card was glued to it. Notice how big the cardboard backing is. The reason is the annual proxy package was also oversized, so this was made extra large to fit the proxy package.
