Shipping Policy BucksCards.com makes every effort to ship your order same day. Please note orders made after 12:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time) will be entered the next day for shipping. Saturday orders must be received by 10:00 A.M. for delivery to Post Office. After 12:00 P.M. orders will be processed on Monday. If your order is received on Sunday or any holiday, your order will ship the next open business day. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.

Special Note: We can-not be responsible for items lost in the mailing process. USPS Priority mail has tracking within the United States and we recommend this shipping option.

Shipping Method (Domestic): We ship via USPS. When you register on the web site your product will be shipped to the designated Shipping Address you assign. Shipping fee is dependent on where you are located, what type of service you select, and the weight of the product in your order.

Shipping Method (International): We ship via USPS Air International. When you register on the web site your product will be shipped to the designated Shipping Address. A shipping ZONE is assigned at the time you register, and is used for calculating shipping to your Country. The Shipping Calculator will automatically determine the shipping cost based on your ZONE. International shipping fees is dependent on where you are located, what type of service you select, and the weight of the product in your order. International orders are required to travel through Customs.  This process may delay your order - especially during peak shipping times. (i.e. holidays)

Shipping Charges and Taxes: Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" to view the shipping charges. You can get the exact amount by entering the items into the shopping cart. 

Product Warranties : All merchandise purchased from BucksCards.com are genuine, authentic and of the highest quality that we can obtain. Cards maybe new (mint), or of other quality's, and will be noted. Please email us at info@buckscards.com prior to your purchase, if anything is unclear and we'll reply with a response generally within 12 hours. The BucksCards.com web site offers many items for sale that consistently change due to market conditions, therefore all items offered for sale are subject to availability. Many items in this website come from various sources. BucksCards.com is, therefore, bound to fluctuating currency exchange rates, making it necessary to occasionally increase prices. In addition some domestic and overseas products may be unavailable without our prior knowledge. Should this apply to your order, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We reaffirm our pledge to offer excellent service and the highest quality products. We make every effort to provide you with an error-free web site, in the event there is a misprint, we reserve the right to correct copy or pricing to reflect actual current status. We are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors. Pictures are for illustration purposes only and may not be exact although we make every effort to photograph the item as we post it to the web site.

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of payment via email within minutes from processing your payment via the web site shopping cart indicating a receipt of payment and order#. If you do not receive this confirmation, please email us directly at sales@buckscards.com If you are not sure whether your order has gone through, please email us first. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT RE-SUBMIT YOUR ORDER.

Order / Shipment Status: Your order will generally ship the same business day in most cases, and you will be notified the same day or the following day of the status of your shipment via an email from us, that being info@buckscards.com

Change Orders: You may request a change or modification to your order, provided your order has not already been shipped. Please email us at sales@buckscards.com  to change your order. Please provide us with your order number and any relevant information in you email. 

Cancel Order: You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business hours to cancel your order at: (727) 642-6418. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approx. 1-2 business days. Please do not request any order cancellations order email as we may not receive the request in time.

Return Policy: We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality Cards, Sleeves and other items for your collection or personal use. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any of our products for a full money back refund (excluding the shipping), or for an exchange by emailing us for authorization. If an item needs to be returned, email us first for an authorization number. This number must be on the return envelope for proper credit/exchange procedures.
