Introduced late in 2005 is this new Hear Music Sleeve. It has a different Hear Music logo, so we're not sure if that's changing officially.
The Sleeve is actually rather boring compared to other Starbucks Sleeves, but it is the first for the "tube" style design. The second using this "tube" concept is the 2006 Valentines Sleeve called "Hearts". (see Special Sleeves page) The Card is inserted and each end folds in to make the "tube" design.
For those that keep track, this Sleeve is labeled LMM-486
