On July 12th, 2004, the "Hula" Card became available to the Hawaiian Starbucks stores only.
This is the official "Hula" sleeve with the matching front. Inside it says: "Starbucks Hawaii is creating traditions.. It's where warm smiles and familiar aromas greet you and world-class coffee beverages are served with aloha. Experience Starbucks Hawaii today." The backside of the sleeve has tropical foliage.
