A-Nai Black Bear Taiwan Sleeve

Issued May 1st, 2006 in Taiwan, this Card is called "A-Nai" or "Black Bear". It was designed to raise money for 1,900 resident children of various Taiwanese townships. The program will purchase books, computer equipment and a multi-purpose basketball court to name a few. The fund raising period is from May 1st through July 31st, 2006. NOTE: Sleeve ONLY, Card is NOT included.
