Tradition 2014 (Canada)

Released on November 4th, 2014 as part of the 99 issue Starbucks Card Holiday line-up, this Card is called Tradition 2014. This is one of a small hand full of re-releases. This Card first debuted in the Spring of 2008 in North America. A few details of the Card have changed, including the sirens eye (logo). The STARBUCKSCARD line is gone and replaced with 2014 Limited Edition to the left of the sirens eye. The design is an old photo of the original Starbucks in Seattle from the early days of the company. As Howard Schultz, Starbucks CEO said, "This card honors our rich coffee heritage, dating back to 1971, when we opened our very first store in Seattle's historic Pike Place Market".
