Thank You 2018 (Germany)

This is the follow-up to the Thank You 2017 card from the previous year in Germany.  Thank You 2018 was released in the fall of that year with gold, orange and yellow hightlights.  This is another issue that wasn't released in North America, but found in many European and oriental countries in 2018.
