The German Double-Shot card, also known as the Espresso card, is similar to the original American version of the same name. Because the American version of this card has been so popular, we assume Starbucks decided to issue a new version for Germany. Over the years it's been highly collectable because of the design.

This was Germany's second Starbucks issue in 2003.
